Our goal is to build a safehaven for as many people that will want or need a respite from the wider world. This is a mission. Our efforts are service for the future.
We are not yet at the stage of our project where we can be so lax about our 'work ethic' or the massive efforts required to 'pull in the future' of what the project is mean to provide.
As such, as a volunteer or even as a co-living member, your presence at the property is not just to dabble in a few daily chores and then spend maximum time to relax, read, go online or chit chat with fellow guests.
We really only want guests who feel as we do about the urgency of building a safehaven and playground for like minded people.
Work hard, play hard, live healthy, create abundance of an uncertain and possibly difficult future for as many people as possible. This is our purpose, we expect you to feel a similar way.
And there is so much to be done with focus and enthusiasm. All in good spirits. A feeling that we are all contributing beyond our measure to the benefit of others who will visit Camazotz days, months or even years after you have moved on.
Or, perhaps in time Camazotz will even become one of your homes away from home.
