On August 19th 2022 Gavriel met with the current land owner and founder of the existing Nature Conserve Finca along with the appointed Notary Public in Merida Yucatan to confirm and sign the Land Purchase Agreement.
The process of changing land title owner now begins and is due to complete in December.
