Holacracy is a certain formalized use of the Sociocratic principles which provides a step by step meeting plan for governance (how we approach things) and for 'tactics' (prioritizing and proposing what gets done).
In Holacracy we build an agenda of 'tensions' or 'proposals' and then review them through rounds (going around in the circle of attendees) with set questions for clarifying, reacting to, and then approving or objecting to the requested changes.
