"You think that's air you're breathing now" - Morpheus, The Matrix
As any kind of inner circle member, stakeholder or leader attempting to build or develop a 'community' you'll need to stay on your toes as unexpected changes come fast.
People's moods change from day to day, sometimes hour to hour. That's a lot to have to deal with.
Spontaneous things happen that can throw schedules off balance, such as surprise visits from neighbors, solar batteries being depleted, and so on.
Try to create small gravity wells that pull the group back to centredness.
A weekly governance meeting and weekly tactical meeting is one such gravity well. When the group gets too large then these meetings need to be divided to focus on particular circle topics, rather than 'everything'.
The Kata's are another gravity well.
If set times are missed, aim to agree on a later time to follow through on that meeting.
Leadership is necessary. Finding the balance to enable autonomy within the group, while also finding time to focus on ones own things, is the key challenge.
